I have been a caregiver since 2009 off and on with family members and companies. I spent the last 6 plus years caring for my mom. I don't mind helping when asked. Over the last 5 years I've learned to prep meals for the freezer for easy heat and serve. I'll tidy up your kitchen, bathroom, and make your bed as needed. I can wash, dry, fold and put your clothes away. If you need the mail brought in or trash can taken out and returned I'll do that. If you need errands ran or want to go shopping this to can be done. Anything else, just ask if I'm capable then I will.
