I am an experienced mom and educator, but young at heart! I have raised two children, now ages 26 and 29. I have had the good fortune to work with children for 33 years in an educational setting, ranging in age from 3-14. I have had extensive experience with children with special needs. In spite of my age (58), I am physically active, and especially enjoy hiking and biking. I love to be outside, but also enjoy quiet time inside with books and games and crafts. My hobbies are reading, writing, and hiking and biking with friends. My style is caring and nurturing, and my own children say I'm a good listener. I am available for part time care-taking immediately, but am especially looking for care taking opportunities during the summer months.

Nancy consistently demonstrates the qualities of wisdom, insightfulness, intelligence and kindness. I know from working with her in a school that she is an incredibly hard worker who is an advocate for students and a mentor to colleagues. I know that in ANY job, she will give great attention and consideration for all in her care. I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for a mature and centered employee.
