Hello! My name is Naitesha, and I am passionate about supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health needs. I strive to make a positive impact by bringing compassion, patience, and a bright, uplifting attitude to every person I work with. I have over six years of experience providing care and behavioral support to individuals with severe developmental disabilities, challenging behaviors, and mental health needs in both in-home settings and a mental health hospital. I am trained in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and am CPI certified, allowing me to safely and effectively respond to behavioral challenges while maintaining each individual's dignity and well-being. My goal is to help those I support feel safe, valued, and empowered while improving their quality of life.
