About Naichael

I have hands-on experience caring for children from newborns to school-age, including infants, toddlers, siblings, and twins. I have provided both daytime and overnight care and am comfortable supporting families with different schedules and routines. My experience includes newborn and infant care such as bottle preparation and feeding, diaper changes, soothing, naps, bedtime routines, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. I have also cared for toddlers and older children, helping with meals and snacks, bath time, playtime, developmental activities, school drop-offs and pick-ups, homework, outdoor activities, and daily routines. I am patient, dependable, attentive, and very involved with the children in my care. I enjoy creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe, comfortable, and supported. I understand that every family has different expectations, and I do my best to follow each family's routine while providing reliable and loving care.
