Caring for children with special needs has always been a meaningful part of my life. Growing up with my younger brother, who has Down syndrome, gave me hands-on experience in providing patient and compassionate care. Through him, I've developed strong skills in using American Sign Language (ASL), assisting with feeding, managing daily routines, and creating learning experiences tailored to his unique needs. My background has strengthened my ability to communicate effectively, adapt to individual needs, and create a positive, inclusive environment for every child I work with.
