My family is SO lucky to have found Nadia - she is the perfect nanny for our 10-month-old. Our baby warmed up to her immediately, despite being a little wary of strangers. She loves EVERYTHING about Nadia - how she plays, feeds, reads, and sings with her. She's also terrifically helpful around the house when our daughter is sleeping. My life has gotten so much easier with Nadia in it, that my husband comments "oh Nadia must have been here today" when he gets home from work because I'm in such a good mood. We've employed her part-time for about 2 months now, and in that time, she has built up trust immensely. This is our first nanny experience and I was so hesitant to trust someone else with my baby, but Nadia is so communicative and trustworthy she made it easy. She has a great amount of childcare experience as well, and knows signs to look out for. She could tell there was something wrong with our girl's digestive system before I noticed, worked to try to fix it, and came with us to urgent care to help every step of the way. If you have a family emergency, Nadia is the one who you want by your side. She also shares her location during walks and sends lots of pictures and updates, so I can rest at ease whenever they take a stroll or go on an outing. You should hire Nadia - it has changed my life!
