My background includes 15+ years in corporate America, certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach as of 2018, home health aide for family member during Pandemic until present & certified PCA (Personal Care Assistant) as of January 2025. I can assist with transportation, errands, prepare meals, and offer support for dementia and medical management. I'm understanding and caring, handle confusion with patience and care.
