Hello! I'm Dr. Nabiyah, dedicated to providing compassionate and respectful care for seniors. I'm trained through Light University in life coaching, mental and behavioral health support, and trauma-informed care. In addition, I have experience as a personal trainer and group fitness coach, with a certification in Silver Sneakers. This background helps me support seniors in maintaining mobility, strength, and overall well-being. I offer companionship, medication reminders, light meal prep, errands, and mobility support. My goal is to create a safe, comfortable, and uplifting environment, always honoring each individual's dignity and independence.
