With seven years of experience as a Certified Home Health Aide, I'm passionate about supporting adults and seniors, and enhancing their well-being. My approach is patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I can assist with errands, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility. I also have experience providing specialized dementia care, including de-escalation techniques and memory care activities. I communicate with families through verbal updates, text, or phone calls, always respecting their preferred method. Respecting a care recipient's independence is paramount to me.
