I'd describe my personality being kind, caring, & compassionate. I like caring for seniors because it allows me to make a meaningful difference in someone's life, which provides a strong sense of purpose & fulfillment. I'm looking for a job that will allow me to combine my passion for helping others with a supportive work environment & opportunities for personal & professional growth. I started caring for seniors by providing support for my grandparents as a teen. After their passing I found myself drawn back to that sense of purpose which led me to pursue a career where I could continue to make a meaningful difference. My personal history provides a unique & powerful foundation by enabling me to approach caregiving with a deep understanding of its rewards & challenges. My skills include empathy, patience & communication. These top three skills, along with adaptability, reliability, time management, & problem-solving, contribute to providing effective care.
