About Morland

Hello! My name is Morland and I am a graduating senior at the University of Michigan. I will be graduating with pre-law degree but hope to teach one day instead of attend law school. I began working part-time at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Preschool as an aide in September of 2025. Initially I was just a volunteer because I had wanted to get more involved with my parish community, but soon enough it turned into a job that I couldn't be more grateful for! It has made me realize how much I love and adore children and desire to make a positive impact in their lives. I now have a passion for teaching and caring for little ones. Not only am I trying to make some extra money now that classes are over, but I also would love any and every opportunity to meet and care for more children! I'd describe my personality as nurturing, patient, and thoughtful. I like working with kids because I enjoy their energy, curiosity, and excitement!
