About Morgan

I'm a patient, nurturing, and organized caregiver with almost 15 years of experience and 7 years of professional experience. I have worked mostly in schools but have worked in homes as well! I have a college degree and I have extensive experience with special needs children. I'm passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives and supporting families. It's important that I establish a nurturing environment where children feel safe and encouraged to explore and learn. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and communicating openly with parents about their child's day. I'm open to any housekeeping or additional household tasks! I enjoy a wide range of activities with children. I believe play is essential for their development, and I'm always looking for new and exciting ways to engage them. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children simultaneously and have experience with all age groups, from toddlers to teenagers.
