I believe every student learns differently, so I take a more personable approach to actively observe how each child may interact with new material to tailor my approach, whether through visual aids or hands-on practice. By breaking complex problems into manageable steps and connecting lessons to your personal interests, I help build both momentum and confidence. I prioritize clear, consistent communication with families to ensure we are always working as a team. Witnessing the "aha!" moments when a difficult concept finally clicks is the most rewarding part of my work!
