Moreen applied and accepted the job as posted for part time care. The day of scheduled start, I received text that she had accepted a full time job . Although this was all within 27 hours, it did delay the interviewing of other candidates. Accepting a job just to have something instead of having nothing is not compassion. Patients are not a placeholder!
