About Monroe

Hi i'm looking to babysit occasionally! My names monroe and i'm 20 years old! I have experience working in both healthcare and childcare, and I've developed strong skills in providing compassionate, patient-centered care. I worked as a dietary aide, where I prepared and served meals while following dietary guidelines and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety. In addition, I've worked as a babysitter and as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and respite caregiver for children with autism. In these roles, I supported children with their daily routines, implemented behavior intervention plans, encouraged communication and social skills, and created a safe, supportive environment for both the children and their families.
