About Traci

Hello! I'm Traci--a mom of two (17 and 20) and a trained Marriage & Family Therapist with years of experience supporting children and families. I bring a calm, grounded presence and a strong understanding of child development, emotions, and communication. I'm comfortable with infants through teens and especially skilled at helping kids feel safe, seen, and understood. Parents describe me as patient, reliable, and easy to communicate with. I'm available for evenings, weekends, date nights, hotel/vacation-rental care, and short-term or last-minute needs. I enjoy roles that value a nurturing presence and allow me to support routines, offer structure, and create a positive environment where kids can relax and be themselves. I've worked with children since age 10--in babysitting, nannying, church programs, preschools, and with special needs--and I've raised two children of my own. I truly love being a steady, encouraging support for both kids and parents.
