Hi! I'm Monique, an experienced caregiver with over 20 years of experience supporting children in homes, classrooms, and therapeutic settings. I've worked as a Preschool Teacher, Behavior Technician, and Childcare Coordinator, caring for children from infancy through age 12 - including those with autism, ADHD, and developmental delays. My background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and early childhood education helps me create nurturing, structured, and play-based environments where children can grow and feel secure. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, trained in safe sleep practices, and attentive to every child's unique needs and milestones. Originally from New York, I moved to North Carolina to be closer to family and now focus on one-on-one care as a nanny. I love line dancing, spending time with loved ones, and being active in my community. Caring for children isn't just my job - it's truly my calling.
