About Monique

Making a difference in people's lives is my calling. As a Certified Nursing Assistant with one year of experience, I'm passionate about supporting adults and seniors, and helping them maintain their independence. My education includes some college coursework. I'm patient, compassionate, and friendly, and I believe in understanding each person's unique preferences and history. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I'm skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I also provide light housekeeping.
