My passion for homecare began when I was 16 years old due to mothers illness. With eight professional years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My goal is to make a positive impact on their lives while providing families with a reliable care option. I'm patient, compassionate, and friendly, and I prioritize earning trust by respecting each person's independence, preferences, and personal history. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion or agitation with care. I provide respite care, live-in care, hospice support, errands, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, and medical management. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method.
