About Monika

Hi there! I'm a childcare professional with over 10 years of experience, a Master's in Education Management, and a background in Special Education and ESL teaching. I've also worked in Arlington County Public Schools, giving me valuable experience supporting children of all ages and abilities. I'm fluent in English, Polish, and Spanish, and I love creating a calm, fun, and engaging environment where kids can learn, play, and feel safe. I'm a proud mom of two preschool-aged children, and I currently offer daytime care (until 2 PM) where your little one can spend time in a warm, social, family-style setting with my kids. After 5 PM, I'm available for individual care, including after-school pick-ups, evenings, late nights, and weekends. I'm very creative and active -- I love doing arts and crafts, playing outdoors, and helping with learning and homework. Families describe me as dependable, patient, and kind, with a genuine passion for helping children grow and thrive.
