Hello Families, I am an elementary teacher and mother of an almost 5-year-old daughter, 3-year-old so and 1-year-old. I have 9 years of experience in early childhood care and 4 years experience of elementary teaching. I'm passionate about helping young children to discover and explore their world through play and meaningful interactions. Since the birth of my children, I have cared for them through a child-centered approach. My mantra as mother and teacher is "Follow the child". This approach has instilled a love for books, outdoor activities, independent play, and many more skills in my own children as well as my former students. Monika provided childcare and education to my son between the ages of 3-7. She was an Au Pair. I had had an Au pair before her. It was a decent experience. So we tried Monika. She was amazing. She NEVER raised her voice. She is the "Queen" of redirecting a child's behavior. She is unbelievably patient. She encourages your child's confidence and imagination. She is responsible, timely, organized and a very positive influence on the people and children she comes into contact with! I would hire her for child care again in a heart beat
