Hello! I have about 7 years of professional experience with child care. I worked in two separate day care settings here I was a lead teacher. I nannied my nephew from a new born until he was 3 years old. I also nannied a sibling group with a 3-year-old and a 7-year-old. I have a Montessori belief when it comes to teaching and believe the younger the child is, the more they should be leading through play.
