We have really loved having Monica care for our 3 year old these last 8 months. She brings a huge wealth of experience and maturity, so we could totally trust her and know our little one was getting the best care. She was wonderful at engaging him in outdoor activities, taking him to the park, doing creative activities inside, too. He really loved spending time with her and always looked forward to her visits. She was also very flexible and worked with our schedule, as well as was great at communicating. I never had any concerns about her. I'm now on leave for a while having another baby, otherwise we would have continued indefinitely with her. I highly recommend her, you won't be able to find someone better!
