My graduate degree equipped me with a strong foundation, and my previous roles have solidified my passion for making a positive impact on people's lives. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly, and I prioritize creating a comfortable environment for those in my care. I am experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or behavioral changes. I provide respite care, live-in care, transportation, hospice services, and assistance with errands, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia, and medical management. I communicate with families through daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or calls. I hold current CPR and First Aid certifications.
