About Nichelle

Making a positive impact on the lives of seniors is my daily goal. With three years of experience in senior care, I bring a patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented approach to my work. I provide respite care, home health, and hospice services, and I am happy to assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, mobility, physical activity, dementia, and medical management. I have experience adapting to changing routines and addressing confusion, agitation, and behavioral changes, and I incorporate memory care activities and sensory engagement into care. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. Understanding a care recipient's preferences and history is important to me. I have some college education and current CPR and First Aid certifications. Knowing I can bring comfort and peace of mind to your family makes this work so rewarding.
