About Monica

Monica was our nanny for our son when he was between 3-10 months old. My husband and I both work from home and needed help during the day. As a first time mom, Monica was an expert at providing advice and guidance for all my questions or concerns about my son. She had a great rapport with my son and he loved his time with her — lighting up when she arrived. Monica was a good communicator and flexible when our work schedules changed. She took our direction well and was diligent in helping us track all of our son’s daily routine (we used a tracking app for all his food, naps, etc. and she was great in tracking). We would have loved to continue working with Monica, but she’s expecting her own little one and needed to step away. I would not hesitate to recommend Monica to any family who is looking for a caregiver who is kind, respectful, and truly cares for your children. We’ve already recommended to close friends who have little ones (infant and 4 year old) and they reported a great experience as well. I know Monica is interested in nannying again and I hope she finds a good home and family once she’s ready.
