About Monica

Hello! I'm Monica, a compassionate and reliable caregiver with a strong healthcare background. I am a dentist by training and currently studying Health Care Management, which strengthens my professionalism, organization, and attention to safety and hygiene. I also have personal elder-care experience. In Brazil, I helped care for my maternal grandmother, who lived with my mother. I supported her daily routines and well-being with patience and respect. She passed away at 102 years old in August 2018. This experience shaped my understanding of dignity, empathy, and the emotional importance of caring for older adults. I can assist with companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, organization, mobility support, and non-medical medication reminders. I am calm, attentive, dependable, and I communicate clearly with families. Comfortable in homes with pets.
