About Ana M

Hi ! My name is Ana, and I have one year of hands-on experience caring for older adults. While I don't have formal training in senior care, I truly find this work meaningful and rewarding. I volunteered at the YMCA for one year, where I supported and provided companionship to different older adults, assisting them with their daily activities. Additionally, I cared for my grandmother for six years while she was living with dementia, helping her with bathing, meal preparation, feeding and medication reminders. I always provided care with patience, respect and compassion. I am a reliable, attentive and caring person who genuinely enjoys supporting older adults and being a positive presence in their daily lives.
