About Monica

I cannot recommend Monica highly enough. She worked with our family for seven years as both our nanny and house manager, and during that time she became an incredibly important part of our home. She helped care for our four children from the newborn stage all the way through age ten. Throughout those years she provided steady, loving care and was deeply involved in their daily lives. She drove them to activities, helped with homework, managed bedtime routines, and often helped with cooking and keeping the household running smoothly. What makes her truly special is the genuine love and care she gave our kids. She treated them as if they were her own and built meaningful relationships with each of them. Our children felt supported, encouraged, and cared for every day. Beyond childcare, she was also extremely dependable and organized. She helped manage many aspects of our busy household and was someone we trusted completely with our children’s safety, schedules, and overall well-being. After seven years together, she truly became part of our family. Any household would be very fortunate to have her.
