Kayla has been our full-time nanny for two years, caring for our three boys, and we can't recommend her highly enough. She brings structure to the boys' days with age-appropriate and educational activities that keep them engaged while building skills across different areas. She preps meals for the boys and helps with homework, taking real ownership of their day beyond just supervision. We trust her fully to take the boys out to the park, the pool, and other outings, knowing she's attentive and responsible wherever they are. When the boys are sick, she steps in without hesitation, including managing asthma symptoms. She also potty trained our twins, which speaks to her patience and follow-through. She's dependable and on time — in two years, she's only called in sick once. Kayla has become part of our family. My boys love her, and it shows in how comfortable and happy they are with her every day.
