Monica is great she is energetic, friendly and best of all flexible. She has watched my 5 year old daughter a few times this summer and is a great help. I am so glad she is here for the summer. She is great with pets (I have a 50lb chocolate lab) and she is helping pet sit. Additionally she is fluent in Spanish so when she is with my daughter they work on her Spanish which is a win win for me.
