About Monica

Monica is an outstanding caregiver and a wonderful human being; I'd rehire her in a heartbeat. She worked with us for about 2.5 months and exceeded every expectation that I had. She always arrived on time, communicated clearly and professionally, and worked extremely hard the entire day. She has a broad knowledge of childhood development and the heart of a teacher, which is so lovely. She is direct but at the same time very positive and easygoing. She cared for our 9 month old, 4 y.o., and 7 y.o., who each grew to love her. She struck the perfect balance between firm and fun, and I especially appreciate her willingness to spend a lot of time outside with the kids. She genuinely enjoys being with children and was wholly devoted to getting to know them on a deep level. During our baby's naps, she was able to get lots of cleaning and meal prep done. She is quite the powerhouse when it comes to productivity; I doubt there's anything she can't do. I trust her completely.
