Aloha! I am a mature and experienced childcare provider and housekeeper with over 25 years experience working with families in their homes. I have cared for children ages 3 months to 12 years old and enjoy the different ages and stages. I owned and operated an educational toy store in downtown Hilo, for eight years and am educated in child development and age appropriate activities and play. I enjoy taking children outside to play, going for walks, arts & crafts, reading books, playing games, helping with schoolwork and household chores. Most of all I enjoy taking the time to look into children's eyes, listening to what they have to say and talking story with them. I am also able and willing to help with light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep and gardening. I am also willing to help out with errands and shopping as needed for the family.
