About Monica

Hello! I'm Monica. I'm a mom to a beautiful 2. 5-year-old boy. I am also a Pilates instructor with a specialty certification in prenatal and postpartum corrective exercises. I have been babysitting any nannying from the time I was 14-25 off and on before I found Pilates. I teach Pilates both group classes and private sessions during the day. I worked out of my own studio for a while working with my prenatal and postpartum Pilates clients. I have more time on my hands as my studio lease ended a month ago. I love kiddos and I'm a bit neurodivergent so I love all things crafts, games, spending time outside, staying active and having fun. My Mom lives with my son and I, freeing up evening availability in my schedule. I know what it's like to need a night to yourself and have a little help tidying up and getting the house in order. I would love to help out so you can take the time you deserve, whether that is a girls night or a date night! Fri 7:30pm-12 a.m. Thurs/Sat/Sun 6pm-12 a.m.
