I am a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Senior Fitness Specialist, and Stretching & Flexibility Coach with over 30 years of experience helping individuals improve their health, mobility, and quality of life. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and caring environment where seniors can thrive. My passion for caregiving began at a young age while helping care for my great-grandparents, who taught me the values of love, patience, loyalty, and compassion. Today, I am dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and their families. I also have experience supporting individuals with Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome (LGS), Intellectual Disabilities, Cerebral Palsy, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
