I have extensive experience managing and supervising state-operated group homes, where I provided comprehensive care and support to residents with a variety of disabilities. My responsibilities included overseeing daily operations, delivering total ADL (Activities of Daily Living) care, administering medications, assisting with transfers, preparing nutritious meals, managing finances, and running errands to support client needs. In addition, I am a Registered Behavioral Therapist (RBT) with hands-on experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to both children and adults.
