Was a caregiver for a group home of six mentally disabled individuals that had diagnoses from dementia, IDD, cerebral palsy etc. for 6 years before moving up in that company to be a cases manager overlooking 13 group homes here in corpus. I worked in office last four years I was with company but still as a cases manager on call 24 hours a day. Worked all the homes several times a week due to staff shortages and staff call ins. Was with same company for 10 years before being let go for a pay cut they needed to make and with all the overtime I put in I was there target. Sad but true but I have several years of experience with behavioral diagnoses ect.
