We hired Monica to care for our twin newborns after we started working again. We weren't sure if one person could handle two at the same time, but Monica is amazing! It's been a few months now and we couldn't be happier! She's punctual, responsible, and patient with the girls. Our twins are preemie babies and had feeding issues, and Monica understood our concerns and is able to give them the attention and care they need. Monica doesn't just take care of our babies physical needs (diaper changing, feeding, etc.) she also attends to their emotional and mental needs as well (reading, playing, singing, etc). She has also been a great communicator with us and always shares her insights with us on how the girls are doing and what to expect as they develop and grow. We appreciate her very much. Would definitely recommend!

Monica is great. We loved working with her. She worked with us for several weeks looking after our twin girls which can be a handful. She did it smoothly and effortlessly and always gave me an update at the end of each day on how their day was and developments or issues. She took great care of them and we appreciated her so much.

My husband and I hired Monica through the nanny agency that I still currently work for as an administrative assistant when my second child was born over 6 years ago, but she wound up helping us when we were in a pinch recently and she was truly a life-saver! I'm not sure what we would have done without her as our third child was born right at the beginning of COVID lock-down. When our agency stopped all operations for several months because of the pandemic, I didn't know what to do; there was just no way that I'd be able to care for my newborn and help my two older children with distance learning simultaneously. Thankfully, I reached out to Monica and she was able to come back into our lives for a few months before school let out for the summer. It was bittersweet to part ways with her again but we will always keep her in mind if we need someone to help our family. Further, we love her and are sure you will, too. Monica is super sweet with our little 5 month old.  She sings and plays with him all day and is currently helping us try to sleep train our baby to nap independently.  We would highly recommend her!

Monica is extremely kind, caring, and attuned to the emotions and developmental needs of children. She's developed a wonderful bond with my daughters, ages 6 and 2.5. She does arts and crafts with them, takes them on outings to the park etc., does homework with my older daughter, makes meals, etc. She is a quick learner and an adept problem solver. I absolutely recommend her to any family with young children.

Monica has been great for our family since we hired her at the end of January. She was extremely professional from the beginning, she was on-time and punctual during her interview, and she also came well-prepared with paperwork on children of different stages and what to expect. She is great at follow instruction and she will also make suggestions on how to approach different issue, like tummy time and soothing, etc. Her feedback has also been very helpful, her monthly report on growth progress and her observation is a great tool for planning and adjustment. We are very thankful to have Monica helping us out three days a week, and we will definitely recommend to anyone who needs a great babysitter/nanny.

Monica has helped my wife and I care for our little S. on and off now for a few years and I don't think we could have found a better person for the job.  When she began working for us, our son was nearly 5 months old and we were extremely anxious about finding the right person, especially since he was a colic baby the first few months of his life and our previous nanny quit after the first week. Right from the start, we could tell that Monica was special.  Not only was she able to bond with S. within a couple of weeks, which was unheard of, she really became an important member of our family.  Besides giving S. lots of TLC, she guided us through sleep-training, teething, baby led weaning, tummy-time and other age-appropriate exercises, and eventually even potty-training. Although Monica isn't a part of our daily routine anymore, she's always the first person we call whenever we need someone to come and hang out with our big boy who is always excited to see her!

Monica is/was the absolute best, ever. We are a pretty structured family with lots of routine implemented into our 2 1/2yr old's life, while also mixing in different short daily outings to keep our toddler entertained, & Monica always balanced both wonderfully. We are pretty strict with lots of respectful rules based around how we speak to one another, the words we choose to use, and also how we treat one another with loads of manners, & more respect. We also like to keep the silly/goofy/playful childlike behavior in our day to day as well, and again, Monica balanced both so well. I'll admit being the first time mom/dad that we are, we are very particular in how we like/want things said, done, etc, & Monica had no problem fully understanding where we were coming from, & also respecting what we asked. Our child is very advanced for her age, & we wanted to make sure we hired someone to continue teaching her rather than just babysit her and play.Monica was always teaching her more & more!
