ANY family would be incredibly lucky to have Monique as their nanny! She has all the qualities that any parent asks for. Monique has been watching my twin babies from 8 months to 22 months. Before Monique came into our lives, we were having problems with getting our kids on the same schedule. Monique was able to get them on the same schedule right away! We could tell she has a genuine passion for taking care of children because she always gave our kids 100% of her attention. My kids learned SO much from her! She would constantly read to them and do sensory activities, flashcards, sing songs, and do playtime. My kids already knew shapes, numbers and colors by 18 months! Monique is extremely reliable and is a great communicator. She also created her own log that recorded diaper changes, meals, naps, and her hours. And we loved that she did that. The only reason why we had to say goodbye to her was because our kids are now ready for early preschool, but we are going to miss her so much!
