I can't say enough great things about working with Monet! I hired her to care for my 21-month-old son during my brother's out-of-state wedding, and she went above and beyond! First, she was incredibly flexible as our needs changed. What initially was scoped as a half-day of babysitting turned into two days of support with complicated logistics. When we realized we didn't have a safe way to transport him to and from the wedding, she offered to drive my car, and provided her driving record to reassure me. She brought an incredible sense of calm amidst our family chaos and made a challenging situation SO MUCH easier for me by being reliable, trustworthy, and attentive. Her extensive qualifications speak volumes about her professionalism, and I could tell right away she had the right experience for the job. She handled tantrums, difficult sleep situations, and picky eating - all while making sure our sweet little ring bearer was dressed, smiling, and ready to perform on the big day! I wish she lived in NJ so we could hire her as our full-time nanny. Our whole family absolutely adored her, and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs top-notch childcare!
