About Monet

Passionate about helping all types of families with my Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education. I started babysitting my younger cousins as a teen and volunteered at camps. I was a preschool teacher, teaching infants to 5 years olds for 10 years while I earned my degree. I am currently working part time as Child Development Specialist for children with Developmental delays while supporting and coaching parents. I also substitute for the school district of Orange County. I have over 10 years of experience dealing with challenging behaviors and have taken many trainings on positive redirection and gentle parenting approaches. My educating skills include brining advice and tips for parents when requested, along with education learning activity ideas to enjoy with your child during everyday activities while using the materials and supplies from your home.
