About Caitlin

As an educator and curriculum designer dedicated to creating inclusive, engaging environments where children feel safe, empowered, and free to be themselves. I've worked across schools, nonprofits, and community programs, supporting learners of all ages and abilities, including multilingual families and children with developmental differences. I believe meaningful education must center emotional well-being and individual learning styles. I design curriculum that fosters self-regulation, empathy, problem-solving, and collaboration. As an art educator, I value open-ended, process-based projects that nurture creativity and personal expression. I aim to give children a voice through their art and empower them to explore ideas with confidence. I'm also resourceful, often creating visual supports and adaptable tools to meet diverse classroom needs.
