My background includes a some college and I hold current certifications in CPR and First Aid. I'm driven by a passion for supporting adults' independence and well-being, along with positive experiences in previous roles. I provide respite care, hospice services, errands/shopping, home health, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, and physical activity. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. Communication is key, so I follow your preferred method, whether verbal updates, texts, or calls. Respecting independence is important to me when building connections. Being friendly, detail-oriented, and empathetic comes naturally. I'm also comfortable with pets. I speak both English and Spanish.
