It's my calling to support adults and seniors in maintaining their well-being and independence. My three years of experience in senior care have reinforced my passion for making a positive impact on people's lives. As a Certified Nursing Assistant with CPR Training, I provide respite care, home health, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, mobility assistance, and support for physical activity. I am patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I respect the independence of those I care for and follow the family's preferred communication method, including verbal updates and written daily reports. I'm also experienced in de-escalating stressful situations and incorporating memory care activities.
