I am a 57-year-old female. I have been working in the multifamily Residential Management industry for over 25 years, up until 2012. Due to my multitask job assignments in this field, I have a very strong organizational, accounting, marketing, scheduling, event planning, internet and customer service skills. I am an effective communicator and an expert on dealing and resolving almost any situation. My professional and personal life experiences make me a woman of "many hats" and know a little about everything. I am very diplomatic, open-minded, rational and level headed. I have a care-taking personality and have been called "mother-hen" on occasion. I am however very serious when necessary.
