Molly worked with our family taking care of our 2.5 year old an 9 month old in a full time nanny position, and then she worked part time for us as our schedule changed. She always puts the children first and I would trust her to navigate any situation. She is so bright, calm, peaceful, flexible, and loving. And she plays piano and violin, how cool is that?! She worked so hard to make my children feel comfortable, and they adore her. When she is not around my son frequently asks "where Molly is?". I cannot recommend her enough, your family would be lucky to work with her.
