About Molly

Hi there! My name is Molly and I am looking for work caring for children as I pursue the next step in my education. I have years of nannying experience with children ages 1-10, and have taught kindergarten, third, and fourth grade in a public school in Hillsboro School District. My schedule is very flexible, I love pets, do not smoke, and am a great driver! Thank you for your consideration; I would love to connect with you and your family! I'd describe my personality as compassionate, creative, and reliable. I feel that working with kids is my calling in life! I have worked in social work and classroom environments, and am extremely passionate about trauma-informed childcare. I have a background in child development and I love to create exciting learning opportunities for children :) I also love teaching children how to read (in English and Spanish)! My top 3 child care skills are quick thinking/problem solving, patience, and strong interpersonal/conflict resolution skills.
