About Blair

I have 8+ years of experience working with children including in two school districts, a Behavior clinic, and with many families. I have worked with children of all ages from 4 months - 18 years but I am most passionate about working with littles and elementary ages. I was included in a family as a nanny for an infant between January-July 2022 and loved getting to watch her blossom into a toddler. My skills include training in emotional regulation and de-escalation, behavior management, and child-led learning. I incorporate my educational background into the everyday life of children, including best practices and educational theory. I enjoy working with kids and their families through getting to know their specific interests, skills, areas of growth and working as a team to address the holistic nature of your child!
