I have 10 years of experience working in a wide range of healthcare settings, including acute care and chronic care in hospitals, memory care facilities and private homes. I can efficiently and effectively manage meal prep, running errands, med reminders, light house keeping, laundry and general companionship. I enjoy conversation and am a good listener. I am quick to laugh but am also able to read a room and know when to enjoy some quiet time. My approach is to practice patience, reassurance and I listen, listen, listen before speaking, reacting or responding. I have ample professional experience, two college degrees and am in my element when I can improve any given environment by critically evaluating the task at hand and deciding how to get the desired outcome with safety, efficiency solid, supportive communication and quality work at the for-front whether it's for personal care or management of household tasks.
