Hi I'm Molly and I'm available to work starting in January! I'm an experienced nanny and substitute teacher with a strong background in childcare and education. I've worked with children of all ages (1-16), including serving as a full-time nanny for 7-year-old twins during COVID, where I supported online learning, routines, and enrichment. We've employed Molly since Feb 2021 to nanny our 2nd grade twins while they were on distance learning as my husband and I work full time in healthcare. What can I say except that she has exceeded all of our expectations! She is punctual, has good problem solving skills, follows directions, and takes the initiative on so many things! She has gone the extra step in many situations such as offering to do laundry and looking around to see what else she can do to help once the kids are in their Zoom meetings. She is amazing with our kids too and always thinking of fun activities to do with them. She has even implemented a weekly behavior chart (complete with a Fun Friday) system that promotes positive behavior reinforcement. We were not expecting to go back to in-person school this year so unfortunately we've had to reduce her hours. If you still have little ones at home that need to be tended to, she will not disappoint!
